Wyncote community adds Leasing Excellence to its 2025 Maintenance and Exterior honors, placing first in all three categories

PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Towers at Wyncote, a gated apartment community in Montgomery County managed by Lindy Communities, has earned the Trilogy Award at the Pennsylvania Apartment Association's 2026 Keystone Awards. The award, the program's highest honor, recognizes first-place finishes in Leasing, Maintenance and Exterior Excellence. The win builds on 2025, when Towers at Wyncote placed first in Maintenance and Exterior Excellence. This year, the community's management team completed the sweep.

Keystone Award winners are selected through independent judging and mystery shops conducted from a prospective resident's perspective, and each community is judged against peers of similar size, age, type and rent.
