Opening remarks will be delivered by Anthony Durocher, Acting Senior Deputy Commissioner of the Mergers and Monopolistic Practices Branch. He will be joined during the question-and-answer session by Ariane Jaros-Denis, Associate Deputy Commissioner of the Mergers Branch.
