LAKEVILLE, Minn. — On any given week at ALIGN Integrated Health, Dr. Cody Rodewald might adjust a days-old infant, an Olympic athlete and a patient who has lived more than a century. That rare range of care is part of why Palmer College of Chiropractic has chosen him as one of 10 recipients of its 2026 10-Under-10 Award.

Each year, the award spotlights 10 Palmer alumni who graduated within the past decade and have already stood out as leaders. Honorees are chosen for meaningful contributions to the chiropractic profession and for continuing to give back as mentors or volunteers. Rodewald earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer in 2017.

Reflecting on the honor, Rodewald described the recognition as deeply meaningful, and credited chiropractic with letting him care for people at every stage of life. He also sees a duty that extends beyond his own practice: helping the profession advance so that the next generation of patients benefits as much as today’s.

That two-part focus, on the patient in front of him and the profession’s long-term future, is what Palmer pointed to in selecting him. Since founding ALIGN Integrated Health in Lakeville, Rodewald has built a practice serving families, working parents, elite competitors and older adults, while staying invested in chiropractic’s continued growth.

His philosophy, he says, is simple: every patient gets the same level of care, whatever their age or circumstances.

“It always comes back to serving the person in front of me,” Rodewald said.
